We host our Platform using industry-standard cloud providers. We implement standard encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest.
02. No Professional Backups
USER RESPONSIBILITY: BizMS does not provide off-site backup redundancy or historical data snapshots. If data is deleted manually or lost due to system failure, it is permanently gone.
03. Access Controls
Platform access is controlled via role-based authentication. We are not responsible for compromised credentials or unauthorized access resulting from weak user passwords.
04. Disclaimer of Security
While we strive for high security, no cloud system is impenetrable. BizMS is not responsible for data breaches, data missing, or outages. Use of the system is at your own risk regarding data integrity and security.
