By accessing and using BizMS (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
02. Limitation of Liability
BizMS DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY: BizMS, its parent company, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
"Data Missing": BizMS is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or missing records. Users acknowledge that software can experience bugs and the platform is provided "AS IS."
03. No Automated Backups
BizMS does not provide automated data backups or disaster recovery services. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data entered into the Platform. We are not responsible for restoring data that has been lost due to technical failure or user error.
04. Subscription & Payments
Fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend any account for non-payment or violation of these terms without prior notice.
05. System Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, or third-party provider failures may cause system unavailability for which the company holds no responsibility.
